good morning need ko po ng advice about my marriage kasal po ako sa japanese noong 2005 magkaproblema po kami hindi nagwork yung kasal namin,2006 nakapunta ko sa japan pero same year umalis din ako sa kanya at nagoverstay po ako for 2yrs after nun sumurrender po ako nandito na ako ngayon sa phils.gusto ko po sana mapawalang bisa na ang kasal namin since 2006 till now wla na po kaming communication thank you po.

pde ko po ba ako magfile ng annulment kahit wala po dito ang husband ko japanese po sya at wla na po kaming comunication august 2006 po pde ko po bang ifile ang annulment kahit wala sya?

yes, it can be filed even without his absence.

if you have friends or family in japan, you should check if he alredy divorced you.
