married for a couple of months with a japanese citizen and want to get a divorce but im here in manila and my husband in japan...please help me! i need help badly!!!

i was on an arrangement marriage of so-called fix marriage in japan and i want to get a divorce now because i dont want to pursue staying in japan being a resindent there...because i want to be with my bf because we have 2 children now.. but we cant get married because i was maaried in japan and pls tell me how to file a divorce even if im here in manila.. what are the things i need to do and what are the things that my japanese husband need to file.. for it to be effective and legal divorce... plss! help me.. i dont want to go back in japan.. but i receive my visa now and its validity is until march 31, 2013.. what am i going to do???? Sad

ok lng ba na hindi na ako pumunta ng japan para maayos yung divorce even if i have a visa na good for 1year stay ito??... magkaka record ba ako kapag hindi ko ginamit yung visa, na dapat ay makaalis na ako before it expires on 31 of march??pls eld! i need answers urgent!

Divorce must be done in Japan.

Divorce must be done in Japan.

gnun ba? pero sabi naman ng iba na hindi na kailangan ng appearance ko dun para ma approved ang divorce.. yung usband ko na lng mag pa-file nun dun sa japan.. saka based on my research din na gnun din ang sinasabi nila...

Kindly call the Embassy of Japan in the Philippines at 2627 Roxas Boulevard, Pasay City, 1300 Tel no. 63-2-551-5710, and ask for Legal Assistance. They can help you with your predicament. In my view, they could be a channel between you and your Japanese husband, there would not be a need for your to personally appear before a Legal Body in Japan to pursue this course of action.

I am a Japanese. In japan married couples can get divorced at any time.
But according to cases, it becmes difficult.I hope her consult a good specialist in Japan.
