Arresto Menor

Reason po kasi is that the donee will probably need money para po sa cancer treatment. Since retired na yung donor gusto, yung property will be donated to her son then isanla sa bank para may pang tustos. need your advice po. thanks

Querry is not so clear.

Mortgage and donation are different documents wih different requirements and effects. Better to execute them separately.
