It is my opinion that a resettlement property cannot be donated nor sold, but can be transferred through hereditary succession only. If you have the title, check it if indicated. Kasi ung bayaw ko gusto sanang ilipat ang titulo sa bunsong anak niya (2 sons lang anak niya) pero hindi tinanggap ng ROD ang deed of donation, at nakasulat pala sa titulo as liens.
