Arresto Menor

hello tanong ko lang po kung pwede ko ipa summon sa barangay kapitbahay ko na 7 months na loan sa akin di pa nababayaran. Hanggang ano lang pwede gawin ng barangay kasi nasa 20k lang yung loan kasama na interest. Pwede ko ba irequest na kunin gamit nya as collateral kasi panay promise lang at alibi, iba iba every month. thanks!

send a demand letter, file a complaint at bgy, then a small claims case at the MTC. rules on sc.judiciary.gov.ph
