Currently were using 314 days as basis , pero dun po sa mga bagong wage order, 313 days na po.. maviolate ba namin kung sakaling ung 314 pa rin po ang gamitin namin as basis?

sir, dito po sa Wage order NCR 15, me maviolate po ba kami sa BIR at the same time kung sususndin pa rin po namin as basis ung 314 days instead na 313 dyas po

314 is fine if you do not consider them paid on rest days. in fact you are paying more than 313 days.
