For second opinion..
Just for clarification po yung working days and hours po ba per week as per labor law ay:
a. 48 hours or 6 days a week? OR
b. 40 hours or 5 days a week?
Sa monthly rate na ang divisor ay 22, advisable ba na 40 hours?
Sa daily rate na 22 din ang divisor, would it be ok kung 40 hours lang? Or must be 48 hrs as required by the law?
Looking for a "LEGAL" advise from the experts.
