hi po,
legal advise lang po. Promoted po ako bilang CAD assistant manager.then from 7am to 8pm every monday to saturday. then wala pong overtime pay..reasonable po ba yong working days ko? kasi parang ginawa lang nila akong assistant manager para di mabayaran ng over time pay? then pwede po ba maging 2 yong assistant manager in one department. same position po? then 3 supervisor in one deparment?
