Hi Atty,

Our company is currently asking us to have a mandatory 12 hours a day for 4 days work per week.

Would just like to ask if 12 hours per day for 4 days per week is acceptable on our labor law?
If so, what are the requirements for this to be implemented?

In addition to my above post, may I know what is the minimum number of SL and VL?
We only have 5 days for SL and 5 days for VL.

Minimum required by law is only 5 days TOTAL, to be available after at least 1 year of service.
