I would like to ask regarding the labor code of the Philippines. I am a nurse in a private institution, we are already a 100 bed capacity hospital but the hospital has not declared it yet, instead they only declared 95 bed capacity. Are we allowed to work 12hours per day and a total of 48 hours a week? Understaffed po kasi kami and zombie mode na po yung mga nurses plus underpayed pa po. I am looking forward for your response.
