Hi,

Tanong ko lang po kung ano po ang pwede kong gawin. Umutang po kasi sa akin ang friend ko ng 25k last year October. Wala po kaming written agreement kasi nagtiwala ako sa kanya. Usapan po namin na bbyaran nya ako every payout. First few months, nagbbyad naman po sya ng maayos. Pero simula po nung December ay hindi na siya nagbayad. Nagbayad ulit sya nung march and then after nun wala na naman. 19k pa po ang utang nya. lagi po nya sinasabi na next week nalang. Kaya lang june na po ngayon. ano po ba ang dapat ko gawin?

did you charge interest? kahit text or email, you have no acknowledgment of debt?

you can file a complaint at her bgy, then a small claims case at the MTC

wala pong interest yun. verbal agreement lang po lahat. but i have some of her text na next week na lang daw sya magbbyad.

nalaman ko po sa ibang officemates ko na may utang din pala sya sa kanila. Nasa 20k-25k po ang mga utang nya. cgro po hindi bababa sa 5 na tao ang inutangan nya ng ganon kalaking halaga.. may magagawa pa po ba kami?

you can send a demand letter via registered mail, file a complaint at her bgy, then a small claims case at the MTC. rules on sc.judiciary.gov.ph
