anong kaso ang pwede kong isampa sa taong may 100,000 worth of utang sa akin?
we dont have any written agreemnet at ako pa ang pina-blotter niya when i kept going to her office para maningil...
please help. thank you very much!

Send a demand letter to acknowledge her debt. You have to prove the existence of the agreement, though verbal through contemporaneous and subsequent acts perfomed by both of you.
