Question regarding properties of my father and im a illegitimate child.

Good day. i would like to ask about my fathers properties.
Im a illegitimate child, dalawa po kming magkaptid.
Bago po mamatay ang father ko ay gumawa na sya ng last will and testament at nakasaad po doon na ang lahat ng properties nya na maiiwan ay sa anak nya na legitimate mapupunta. Ginawa po niya iyon pra mapagtakpan ang kanyang nagawa na pagtataksil sa knyang asawa (deceased wife). Para daw mapagtakpan ang knyang nagawang kasalanan sa knyang legitimate na anak. at ipupundar nalang kmi ng bagong ari-arian ng kapatid ko, pero ndi naman nya nakaisakatuparan yon bgo sya mamatay.

Gusto ko lang po sanang itanong kung may habol kmi sa kanyang pagmamay-ari dhil anak nya din kmi, o wala dhil tpos na ang kanyan last will and testament bago sya mamatay?

Umaasa po aq sa mabilis na pagsgot ng katanungan kong ito.

chineck ko po ang birth certificate ko at wala akong nkitang sign ng tatay ko.
nakalgay lng po doon ang name ng father ko. (last name nya din po ang gmit ko) my birth certificate says "late registration".

unfortunately, it seems your filiation with your fathe is not lawfully established and you only until before he died to do that.

you can certainly make a claim, but if the legitimate family refuses, it may be difficult to enforce your right.
