I have resigned from my previous company and I had an agreement with one of the accounting staff that my sister-in-law would claim my final pay for me through an authorization letter. My sister-in-law recently told me that the main office for releasing my cheque is asking for an SPA instead. I'm currently abroad so I am wondering if there's anything I could do to provide them an SPA..
