Normally how many days is the processing of final pay? may previous employer advice me that final pay SLA for them is 50days, but as of today its already 64 days w/ no response or updates at all regarding my final pay, so i dont know if theres some problem or what. as far as my manager confirm that all docs and exit tools was formally forwarded to HR. is that violating my rights or is it against the labor code for not processing it w/in service level agreement of 50days?
