Hi.. i resigned in my previous company November of 2009. I submitted my clearance August of 2010. After 6 months, I still didnt get my final pay. It is just unfair because some of my friends got their pay already knowing that i had my clearance ahead of them.
What is the best thing to do? and is there a definite time frame on how long does a company needs to release the final pay of resigned employees? Thanks!
