Gusto ko lang po humingi ng legal advice.

Isa po kong single mom, at ngayon ay balak ng magpakasal nitong january. Nagkaroon po ako ng anak sa nauna kong relasyon ngunit buntis pa lang ako ay hindi na kami nagkaayos. Hindi ko pa napaparehistro ang aking 3yrs old na anak hanggang ngayon dahil sa nagaalala ako na wala siyang middle name, at ayoko magkaroon ng maraming conflict pag siya ay nagsimula ng magaral. Gusto ko lang po itanong kung pwede pong gamitin na lang ang apelyido ng magiging asawa ko dahil gusto niya rin na sa kanya ipaapelyido dahil parang tumatayo na rin siyang tatay nito? ano po bang mga requirements ang kelangan at legal po ba yung ganun?

technically, that would be the crime of simulation of birth because you will make it appear that he is the father, when in truth he is not.

on the other hand, if no one will file a case against you then it won't be questioned. even if someone did, they'd have to have very strong evidence.

Sa tingin ko po hindi naman maghahabol yung tatay ng bata. Dahil simula ng manganak ako. kami na lahat gumastos sa bata. At di nila nabibigyan ng tamang sustento yung bata.
