Just want to ask kung may option ba ang co-maker na mag-pull out o mag back out pag nakapirma na sa contract? I recently signed as a co-maker for someone. He is still in good credt standing and the car loan is still very new, But I don't feel comfortable about it anymore and I have this instinct to back out. I want to follow my instinct. Is there a legal way allowing me to do that? Thanks In Advance and I would really appreciate an answer kasi di na ko mapakali and I want to back out before something happens...
