Arresto Menor

nakapagpurchase ako ng unit sa smdc yr 2016.nakapag pay ako ng reservation na 25,000 pesos and na settle ko yung buong downpayment.
gusto ko na siyang ipull out for some personal reason,question pwede ko po ba irefund yun or may makukuha po kaya ako.

You should review the contract you signed with SMDC before making any decision to pull out. There may be additional stipulations there that penalizes an early termination of your contract.

You should consult a lawyer who is well-versed in civil law so that he can personally check the details of your contract and give you the necessary legal advice regarding your case.
