Ano po bang legal action para sa mga tga banko na kinuha ang property ko na wala akong pinirmahang ano manng dokumento?..hindi ako nkpagsettle ng ilang buwan, pero diba hindi naman dapat nila pwedeng kunin kaagad kasi ang property ay nakapangalan sakin at wala pa akong pinipirmahan.

check your contract at basahin maigi. usually kung may utang ka at may collateral ka na ipinasok, pag di ka nakabayad, pwedeng rematahin ni lender yung collateral mo para pambayad sa utang mo na di binayaran.
