Hi Atty's / HR Practitioners,

Is this a ground for terminating employee? This is in a BPO setting where everyone's work depends on the client.

So if the client pulls out, no work for them so company will just stop the employment so not to incur cost

Is this legal and what should be the right reason for termination if not

this is a authorized cause for termination but you would have to give him separation pay if he is a regular employee.
