Seek advice from NLRC, exhaust all legal and administrative remedies to have justice, but the wheels of justice runs slow but for the benefit of others affected you may pursue it. however if the other workers are angry about you causing trouble, there is no sense, keep it to yourself or just find a better employer and forget about it.
