Arresto Menor

Since she committed adultery and left me for someone else, it is but fair to let her process everything. I find it very self serving and martyr if I'd be the one to pay for the fees etc etc. Is it possible to demand that to her?

if she's in the USA, hopefully she will become a US citizen then apply for divorce. you can then have that divorce recognized here. as for costs, you can certainly try to ask her to pay for it, good luck.
