hi good day..I just want to ask if its legal for our managers/supervisors to required us to attend meetings after shift without pay or after we've already clocked out?..coz if we exceeded 8hours it will be considered as unauthorized over time..pls help asap!

That's still part of your work. You should be paid for it.

SECTION 3. Additional compensation. — Where an employee is permitted or suffered to work on the period covered after his work schedule, he shall be entitled to his regular wage plus at least twenty-five per cent (25%) and an additional amount of no less than ten per cent (10%) of such overtime rate for each hour or work performed between 10 p.m. to 6 a.m.

i agree that that should be compensable time. that is what is meant by suffered to work which means you are required.
