I had a PAO lawyer BF and had a baby out of wedlock. We planned of having the baby. after one year of living together, got separated after giving birth.
we lost communication for a month now. the kid is turning 2 years old. help! He is not supporting the kid. Not yet registered with NSO either.

did he sign the birth certificate? if not, you may have to file a petition for filiation first. threaten him with a disbarment case.

Gud pm!

He said he would sign the Birth cert of our son who was born in 2009. But unfortunately, he won't cooperate. Now he is working at PAO in the province and is not texting me anymore. He doesn't give support either. We have lost communication.
How do I file for the Petition of Filiation? Gusto ko na kasi iparehistro ang baby. How about the disbarment case?

try writing a letter to the head of Pao, you might get him to enter into a settlement and recognize the child.

otherwise you will have to file a case to establish filiation with the father.

Thanks a lot!
Head of PAO where is that?
I also knew that he is now teaching in a school, Criminal Law.
I cannot get through him. His mother recognizes the baby and also him verbally, no written statement. He said that he will sign the necessary documents of the baby BUT now I lost communication with him. He has changed his number. And told his mother not to communicate with me anymore.
I do not want to impose on him. BUT I want to exercise the rights of my child also.

He also teaches at a University in the province. he has changed his number so that he has NO contact with me and the baby. He promised he would sign the birth cert but until now he has not texting me.

I have not contacted PAO yet. I wish to register my baby now. He still has not sign the birth cert when he said that he will.
