After the adoption approved ano po ang next na gagawin to change my children's (from my first marriage) surname to my husband's surname, should i go directly to NSO and change it?
Appreciate it if you could give me some advise about this..

you and your husband should adopt together, and include in your petition the change of name.

We already did that we are just waiting for the decision from the court.my question is, do we go straight to the NSO to change their name?

the court will issue an order to the Local city registrar, and they will forward to the nso.
