hello po, i had a daughter from pagkadalaga nun 2013, Inacknowledge naman po sya ng tatay sa Birth Certificate, it was also reflected in PSA docs but then wala na po ako communication and no known whereabouts na sa tatay since nawala na sya after ko manganak. Then I got married 2016, now, my husband and I both want to change the surname of my daughter into his. Ano po ba pwede ko gawin para mapalitan yun surname nya?
