mga sir.. baka magpatulong..tanong ko lang kung anu dapat ang gawin ko.,my employer fired me because kalbo at may tattoo daw ako at maangas daw ako..(take note that he is Japanese so I guess it's a cultural thing). ibibgay nya naman lahat ng mga dapat nyang ibigay according sa ph law pero I feel badly degraded dahil there is no room for improvement yung reason nya.. do we have a law that concerns discrimination?

You may complain for illegal dismissal, hindi dahil sa supposed discrimination, but because you were dismissed without just cause. https://www.alburovillanueva.com/dismissal-termination-employment Hindi naman kasi valid ground for dismissal under Philippine law yung pagkakaroon ng tattoo.

kasi ang ibibgay lang sakin is 2months salary since naka 2yrs ako ditto but hindi kasama yung allowance dun.. and 13th month and yung leave ko na icoconvert sa cash..
nakiusap din ako na hangang di pako nakakahanap ng work baka pede ditto muna kasi may family ako (lunok pride na lang)and takot ako na umalis na lang.. medyo technical po kasi yung mga nabasa ko sa site na sinned nyo pero tama ba na dapat inclusive yung allowance sa makukuha ko?
