Good day tanong ko lang po if may case regarding sa manager ko against favoritism/discrimination

Apparently meron pong role/opportunity sa company namin tapos sinabi niya meron 2 criteria. Sa 2nd criteria po is naka base sa results and for 2x niya inulit na kaya di ko daw makukuha is because sa results ko malaki loss. When i verified po and compare ung results/data ng mga nakasama is mas mataas pa loss nila and ung isa dun is talk of the company as favorite. When i raised this to his immediate manager about favoritism and binigay ko ung malinaw na data wala siya sinagot na action plan. After this nagdecide ako iakyat sa hr pero during our meeting with hr iniba n niya statements niya which i think clouded our hr since boss siya employee lang ako and ang ending is pinilit kami pagaayosin ng walang pag amin sa issue. Then i decided to email this to higher leaders plus sa buong organization namin together with my evidence. Yung feed back ng tao po is okay since lahat or karamihan nagsalita na against sa manager ko regarding favortism. Ongoing p po ung case

Another thing happened around august po wherein meron specific role na ayaw ng halos lahat and nung magrerecruit n siya nagbigay siya ng criteria ng pagpili ng pupunta dun. Yung 3rd and last option po is pag wala pumayag sa 2 is mapipilitan siyang unahin mga binata and his reason is "sino uunahin ko binata baon sa utang o pamilyado may 2 anak na baon sa utang". Although di n umabot sa 3rd option since may nagvolunteer na sa posisyon ang point namin is mali na porket binata ka gaganunin ka.

Ang worry ko lang dito since after ako makausap ng "immediate manager" nagemail po ako sa hr plus managers na magtatake ako ng indefinite leave since na depress po ako at naistress na siniraan niya ako para di makasama lalo n nung makita ko na mali ung data n sinabi niya.nirequired ako mag psych para sa depression ng company and after ko maging okay is di padin po ako pumasok at ininform ko po sila na indefinite leave padin ako since nawalan ako ng morale and confident sa sinabi niya sakin para magkagana magwork and plano ko na po magresign if wala silang action na gagawin to seek opportunity outside.

There is what's called management discretion and they have enough latitude to do what they think is in the best interest of the company.

If you go on an "indefinite leave" you might as well resign immediately.
