Annulled and change status

Ng file ng annulment ex hubby k last April 2018 i recieve a letter stating that the annulment is granted... How can i change my status on my sss,tax, voters,and passport... And what will i do??? Hope u help me atty. Thankyou... I attach the letter

assuming that's true, you have to wait for it to be annotated on your marriage contract and reflect in the PSA

Gano nmn po tatagal ung annotated of marriage contract s PSA...at paano nmn po ako kukuha s PSA nun... At pg ng abroad po b ako makukuha b nila mga anak k they r now 6yrs old... But gamit nila apilyedo k... Meron po kc n 2 birth cert. Ung mga anak k but ung 1st registration ay ung name k kc nung nanganak ako d p kmi kasal so ung ospital pinaregistro s maiden nme k... Pro ng parehistro ulit sila ng bago n apilyedo n nila... I know 1st register ang kinoconsider ng batas... But if mg abroad ako my karapatan b sila n makuha ang twin daudaughters k...salamat po sorry d k kc ma attatch ung letter k ayw ng attach...

the children should still use the father's surname because they were born with married parents. they will have problems later on if they don't follow the names stated on their birth certificates

Pinalabas n nanganak ako s bahay in normal by hilot.. Witch is not true s ospital ako nangaanak by C-section... Ayw k mgkaprob dun kaya binalik k ung 1st registration na BC... Ang prob k lng baka pg alis k ng bansa bigla nila kunin mga anak k.... Ilipad pa canada w/ o my authority...
