Hello attorneys. Automatic ba na nasa watchlist ka nang Immigration pag may warrant of arrest ka? Kahit hindi pa ng arraignment. Do you need to be escorted by a lawyer sa airport pag umuwi ka nang pinas?

Hindi automatic depende sa bigat ng kaso pero kung alam nung complainant na possible na lumabas ng bansa or nasa labas ng bansa ang respondent, magfifile na din sila ng HDO.
