Arresto Menor

Ask ko lang po yung pwedeng hakbang na gawin. Kasi meron po akong kaibigang babae namili sila puregold ng anak nyang which is 7 or 8 yrs. old. So, eto na nga po yung situation. Naglabas yung bata ng pagkain na hindi na i punch sa counter area na hindi nasama sa receipt. Madedetain daw sila ng 3days and pinagbabayad sila ng 16k para isang pagkain? Tama po ba yun? Kasama pa yung anak nya sa pagkakadetain. Concern lang po ako sa friend ko which is kahapon lang po nangyari. Need your reply ASAP. Thank you and godbless!!!

Bakit po yung nanay yung dinetain? Kasama po ba sa crime yun kahit yung bata yung naglabas ng product na hindi sinasadyang nabayaran? Grabe naman yung batas dito sa pilipinas. Malinis at kakarampot na pangalan madudumihan pa dahil sa hindi naman talaga sinasadyang pangyayari. Dapat dumadaan naman muna sa mga processes like 1st offenses or what. Talagang kelangan detain agad? Tapos kakasuhan agad ng Theft. Magkakaroon pa ng record yung kaibigan ko!
