Arresto Menor

last october 2011 natapos kami mag preliminary sa kasong rape in relation to ra7610 sabi nung PISCAL GAGAWAN NA DAW NG RESOLUTION ANG KASO... na ANG KASO nagyare 1 year ago the only things na nakita sa medical ay OLD HEALED LACERATION..hanggang sa makaalis ako ng bansa walang dumadating na notice from procecutor office..and2 nko sa ibang bansa ngaun.....anu napo kaya magiging takbo ng kaso which 6 months na nakakaraan,,my magagawa po ba cla na sampahan ako ng kaso kahit and2 nako sa ibang bansa???salamat godbless more power..

if the resolution is issued against you, then a warrant of arrest will follow. the prosecutor and request for cancellation of your passport

if ever po na my lumabas n warrant cnu po magseserve ng warrant at san po dadating yhung warrant?pwede po ba hindi muna iserve ang warrant at itago muna nila para kung sakaling lumitaw ako saka nla gagamitin un!1maaari po ba nilng pansamantalang hindi iserve ang warrant!!godbless

so attorney hanggang ngaun wala pang warrant n icneserve ang police samin it means wala pang resolution na lumalabas!!
