you should have discussed that before you accepted the position. There are directors who don't receive compensation

usually per board meeting may per diem.. pero depende sa company.. merong wala talaga.. for signatory purposes lang..

by default, no compensation, but the board can issue a resolution to give themselves a reasonable allowance
