Arresto Menor

Nasa batas po ba na ang mga employees ay mag MANDATORY rest days? bale 4 days na lang ang ipapasok namin, then 3 days leave. Take note, sa 4 days na yun 8 hours pa rin ang papasok namin. Bale sa isang buwan, 4 days ang mababawas sa amin. Kawawa naman yung mga madaming bayarin. Kesyo daw nag exceed sila sa Payroll stuff pero bakit ang mga employees ang mag sa suffer? Please help. Currently working in a BPO now.
