Dear Sir/Ma'am,

Good Day!

I just want to ask if it is legal to release only half of the salary of the employees for a certain period or payroll? The school where I'm currently working were already making this as a practice and they always blame the poor collection of fees from the students. I am trying to be patient about this matter and looking for some serious legal explanations for this matter in case we would file a case about it.

I'm hoping that you can help me in this regard.

Thank you so much and More Power to you. God Bless!

it's not legal, but if there's really no money to be released...
