hi,

I just want to seek legal assistance regarding my payroll, I submitted resignation to my current employer with my intent to leave company immediately due to personal reason, they did not accept it bec they want me to render 30days. my manager and I then had an agreement we will wait until such time HR sends me an RTWO. It means that until such time that I haven't received it, I am still considered as an active employee. thus Feb. 15, they have already hold off on my salary and my manager told me it is because I have intentions to resign and HR was notified about it. is that legally correct? My understanding is that they can hold my salary if they accepted my resignation or if I have been terminated already. But it wasn't the case. Please advise.

thank you so much.
