I'm wondering if it is the right of the companies to hold a certain number of payroll periods from resigning employees. Please help! Thank you.

ang usually na na ho hold ang yung last salary lang.. sinasama na yun sa last pay.. and dapat 30 days lang.. pag more than 30 days.. pwede mo na i demand yan.. pag wala pa din.. hingi ka na tulong sa DOLE..
