Hi po guys..patulong po..
I have been hired last oct 2013 and may agency po ako. until dec 2013 they were just sending my payroll tru cash remittance. this recent payroll (dec 22 - jan 10) they put my salary on HOLD status without advance notice na ihohold nila ung mga payroll namin for not getting ATM payroll accounts.
PROMISE po walang ADVANCE notice at marami kami sa agency na Ihinold ung mga sahod. I even over-heard our cashier that some even got their salary held for a month payroll
ano po gagawin ko? Legal actions pls?
PS : i have not decided to ask for legal advise with me just sitting here asking for help. kakarating ko lang po galing sa bank na aaplyan ko. 1st punta ko di ako nakakuha ng payroll account kasi wlang refferal. tinext ko si agency na magpapasend nlng ako ng refferal via email ko tapos i print ko nalang(kasi nasa manila sila tapos nasa cebu ako). they replied iiemail lang nila sa bank ung refferal. pagdating ko dun wlang refferal. tinawagan ko si agency tapos out of reach na
