PSA has my father's name, but has my incorrect year of birth. Gender is not specificied as well.

I need advice po how to fix my birth certificate.

1. First concern:
Per PSA/NSO: Last name is Calvar (father's last name) - correct
Per Local Civil Registrar: Last name is Manang (Mother's last name) - incorrect

2. Second Concern:
Per PSA/NSO: Gender is unselected/Unidentified
Per Local Civil Registrar : Gender is Female - Correct

3. Third Concern:
Per PSA/NSO : Year of birth is 1998 - incorrect
Per Local Civil Registrar : Year of birth is 1990 - correct

Ikinasal po parents ko a year after ako ipinanganak.

Paano ko po kaya ayosin yung birth certificate ko? Kasi po tama naman last name ko sa NSO/PSA records kaso mali lang year of birth ko at hindi nakalagay gender ko?

Pagdating naman sa Local Civil Registrar records, mali yung last name ko pero tama year of birth ko at nakalagay sa records nila n female ako. Parang baliktaran po.

Ano po kayang steps ang gagawin ko? Kailangan pa po ba ng attorney sa ganitong sitwasyon? Sino po dapat magcorrect? Kukuha dapat ako ng passport ko at napansin nila na mali information sa birth certificate ko.

is it the same record you are looking at or was there a second registration done for you? in any case, the one at PSA is considered the official one

go to the LCR and inquire if these can be resolved as typographical errors. if not you will have to file a petition in court
