Hi, good day po. May question lang po ako about sa birth certificate ng anak ko. Wala po kasing tatay na nakalagay sa birth certificate ng anak ko. Hindi po nailgay ng nanay nya dahil po s hindi pagkakaunawaan namin nuon. Bali naka apilyedo po yung bata sa nanay nya. At gusto ko po sana mailagay s birth certificate nung bata yung pangalan ko bilang tatay at gamitin nya po yung apilyedo ko. Ano po bang dapat kong gawin? Salamat po
