im requesting for a copy of my ITR from my previous company since JANUARY 2018 , i resigned last DEC 2017 , the accountant said that they still havent finished the "ALPHA LISTING"up until now . how would i know if they really paid my taxes ? the accountant said they will give me ITR but they'll input on my tax is ZERO . Pwede po ba ung ganun ?? nakaloko lang kasi pati ung sss this week lang nahulog kulang pa ng 3 months na hulog . help po thanks !

They have already paid your taxes on a monthly basis. This is reported every month and they cannot fail to report them on time otherwise they will incur penalty with the BIR and in worse case, BIR might make a surprise inspection.

Regarding ITR, if you are a minimum wage earner, yes they will put the amount of zero in your tax. if not, whoever signed that ITR is liable for any wrong information written there.

thank you po sa reply . above minimum po , kaya po ko nagtataka kung bakit zero ilalagay sa ITR , sang gov agency po ba ko pwede lumapit ? kasi ung pinaka accountant po nila is on call lang , di nmn po sila ngrereply sakin , nkausap ko na dn po ung isang accountant na laging andun wla daw po syang alam sa ITR , pano po best way na gagawin ko ? salamat po

di ko po alam sir , actually ngaun pa lang po ako makaka experience ng ITR hehe kaya po ako ngrerequest ng ITR sa kanila para lng po maka sure na hinulog nila ung tax na kinaltas nila saken, kc ung ibang benefits namin wla pa hulog eh , sss pa lang po kulang pa ng 3 months
