Hi! Good day! Just want to get an advice, nag file po ako solo parent leave same day application kasi may sakit baby ko mag 2days na dnecline ng HR for the reason na dapat dapat daw ang filling for solo parent
Leave is 3days prior. Useless po kung ganun kasi hindi ko nman npredict na mgkkasakit anak ko 3days before para sana nfile ko na diba? As far as I know may mga exceptions ang solo parent leave specially for emergency cases. Pls help po. Thanks

yan talaga ang nakasulat sa batas kelangan "reasonable time". Mahirap kasi i-insist na reasonbale yun if biglaan. Siguro if magpapa check up or binyag ng bata.

So for unexpected circumstances where parents needs to attend medical care for a child hindi pwede kahit need ung presence ng parent to take care of her sick child. Pero occasions pwede. Its pointless.

in my opinion hindi pwede ang unexpected. kaya may reasonable time clause but you may want to ask dole just to be sure. yes i agree with you its a stupid law that needs to be repealed. but habang yan yung law we all have to obey
