I would like to understand and seek advice on the following:
1. May i know what last previous employer say kapag tumawag na sakanila ang new employer's HR for background check?
1a. will last emplyer just say that i am "resigned" or they will also give further reasons to new emplyer why i resigned?
2. Will new employer do background check on the very last employer i've gone to or kasama pati ung 5years ago na 2nd to the last employer ko?
3. I didn't declare one employment i had. let's put as Emplyment A,B,C,D, then ung bago ko now is emplyment E.
Bale Emplyment A -4 years ko dun. redundancy ang reason of leaving
Employment B - 4 years din ko. kaya lang Terminated ko because nagkasakit relative ko ng cancer at dun ko nagsimulang malate ng sobra na dko na namanage until they've decided to terminate me.
Emplyment C - 6 months lang ko pano dko nagustuhan compensation at trabaho in the long run plus namatay na ung relative kong un,sakto na kasisimula ko palang dun..kaya aun nawalan ako ng gana kaya palate late rin me. in short Hindi ko naregularize dun sa Emplyment C.
Employment D - 5years ko. eto ok ako. resigned ko dito dahil lang sa career growth kaya ko umalis.
Emplyment E - eto kakahire ko lang dito . Bank itong bago ko.
Ang dineclare ko sa resume ko sa Employment E ay Employment A,B and D lang. Hindi ko sinama si Employment C dahil 6months lang ko dun...
kaya lang itong empliyment e ko ay paulit ulit na binabanggit na meron silang hinire na third party hr who will verify if what i've declared on my resume is true or not.
QUESTION:
malalaman po ba ni new employer ung emplyment c ko kahit dko dineclare sa resume at interview ko?
advice kasi sakin nung agency na pinuntahan ko na wag na ideclare rin.
