I really need a legal advice, kasi on my previous company, i was terminated because of bringing home one set of computer which owned by the company, and we had an agreement that i'll bring it back to them, and still waiting for their advice when will it be.
After 3mos poh, i found new job and hired already, but on my 2nd week their, HR-LR called my attention that i need to write NTE for not telling the real reason of leaving on my previous company, because after background check, my previous company said that "i was involved in serious infraction", sobrang hiyang hiya po ako and it came out to the point na hindi na po ako nakapasok.
After a week poh, another company called me for job offer and contract signing, then on my 3rd day poh, their labor relation called me and asked me to make NTE for not telling the real reason of leaving on my previous job, same phrase with the first one that "i was involved in serious infraction" after background check, beause i always put the reason of leaving is for career advancement. same feeling na naman po naramdaman ko, kaya parang ayaw ko na po pumasok.
Ma'am and sir, what will i do poh? hindi na po ba ako makakapagwork? kapag naman po inalis ko sya sa resume ko, hindi naman po ako magiging qualified sa position.
