My siblings and me owned a lot. Is it illegal for them to build any structures without my consent? Do I have the right to demand for demolition of the structure/s?

as a co-owner they have a right to use of the property, but they cannot exclude you without compensation

Thanks xtianjames and attyLLL for the replies. Xtianjames if I choose to partition the property and they refuse. Can I take it to court to force them to do so?
