Hi! need help.
Annotated in the title adverse claim: that I am 1/2 share co-owner of a lot, to my surprise my sister C (C is the one registered in the title) secured a building permit to construct a house and starting the construction already. Can I request the building official to cancel the given permit and demolish what they have started? the building inspector checked the lot and advised him that the lot is in dispute and has pending case in court and even gave a copy of the case.

Please need answer.
