hi everyone. my father owned a one hectare agricultural land in the province that was cut into two when the provincial government constructed a by-pass road about 10yrs ago. about 500 to 600 sq.m. was taken. how can we claim for compensation from the piece of land that was taken? my father died 4yrs ago. as heirs to the property with our mom, please advice us the necessary steps we should do to file the claim. thank you very much for your support.

What happend to your fathers property? Where you able to have a Tax Refund? Or a Just Compensation?
