Arresto Menor

Scenario

I was hired po as a cashier. Ang napirmahan ko lang pong contract is probationary period from May 10 to Nov. 9, 2017. Sabi po sa akin nang company is regular na daw po ako after nun. Question po:

1. Paano po if gusto ko na pong umalis sa company, kelangan ko pa din po bang magrender nang 30days kahit na wala pa naman po akong pinipirmahan na contract as regular?
