Back Pay/Final Pay in result of negative amount.

Hi,

Just wanted to know anung pwede kong gawin. Nung April 15 2017 na AWOL ako sa company ko thus making me terminated but nag paclearance ako nung May 9 2017. Nag send ng final pay computation si company nung July 26 2017 but nagulat ako kasi bakit may outstanding ako sakanila.

Here's the actual computation na binigay nila.

Naguguluhan ako kasi akala ko back pay or final pay means last na pera na makukuha mo sa company but other way around pala. Kailangan ko ba mag bayad sakanila or ididispute ko to?

and also yung Notice Pay PHL is -22671.76, I mean bakit ganun kalaki? mas Malaki pa sa basic salary ko sakanila.

Can someone help kung anung nangyare sa final pay ko?
